This page describes the founding-team beta offer and summarizes the existing Heliovue Terms of Service provided by 4Tech LLC. It does not replace those terms or change the product’s account acceptance process.
One compatible dataset, one feedback call
Bring one existing compatible solar dataset. We’ll help process it free and review the results with you. You keep the deliverables; we ask for one 20-minute feedback call. We confirm suitability and arrange beta access by email. Submitting the form does not automatically grant access or guarantee a processing time.
Your data and permission to upload
You retain ownership of your imagery, flight data, and processing outputs. Under the existing terms, you grant permission to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service for you. You must have the rights needed to upload it, including any client permission required.
Review before sharing or acting
Candidate hotspots and PID-like thermal patterns are automated screening results, not a diagnosis or a fault-free verdict. Reports are IEC 62446-3-styled, not IEC certification. A qualified professional must review the evidence and limitations. Do not rely on the outputs alone for electrical safety, maintenance, warranty, or operational decisions.
